I have spent 15 years of my career in the ag insurance space focusing primarily on crop insurance. I have held roles in customer experience, underwriting, accounting, and the all encompassing treasury role. I currently serve as the Iowa Association for Financial Professionals (Iowa AFP) President. As a finance professional, I support a number of corporate strategic projects along with managing the corporate treasury. My approach to managing includes listening, learning, and offering forward looking ideas.
