Brian Lindquist is a seasoned legal professional with over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in regulatory compliance for both life and supplemental health products. As AVP Associate General Counsel, he provides strategic legal guidance across a broad spectrum of areas including regulatory compliance, complex contract drafting and negotiations, litigation management, and enterprise-level business strategy.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2012 (Dean's Honors) and is admitted to practice in the state of Utah. In his current role, he works closely with sales, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives, mitigate risk, and support sustainable growth. His collaborative approach and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor across the organization.
