Thadeo Salido, MD, MBA, FACHE is a board-certified physician executive in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics with a strong clinical foundation as a Hospitalist/Internist across the full continuum of care—including acute hospital, acute rehab, SNF, LTACH, and outpatient settings. Currently serving as Senior Medical Director at BCBSNE, Dr. Salido works with the Utilization Management and the Care Management teams, as well as oversees the Population Health team, driving quality outcomes and advancing value-based care initiatives. His career spans leadership roles at Clover Health, Aetna/CVS Health, Cohere Health, and EmblemHealth, where he led efforts in Utilization Management, Care Management, Population Health, and health information exchanges. With deep expertise across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial spaces, Dr. Salido is passionate about advancing healthcare through collaboration, innovation, and data-driven strategies. He has partnered with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that leverage data analytics, automation, and clinical insight—streamlining operations, reducing administrative burden, and improving patient care.
